• $20/day  WITHOUT Processing
  • If space is available
  • 3 day maximum 

Quartering Fee:

• Deer, Mountain Lion, Antelope – $60.00
• Elk – $90.00
• Bear – $100.00

Deboning Fee:

• Deer, Mountain Lion, Antelope – $100.00
• Elk – $150.00
• Bear – $150.00

Cooler Fee:

• $2/day WITH Processing
• Due to limited space we are unable to store carcasses we are not processing.

Meat Processing Fee (*, **): 

• Freezer Paper**: (All choice cuts are thoroughly wrapped in high-grade plastic wrap and then wrapped in white freezer paper) 
  • Custom Cuts $2.00/lb OR
  • All Ground $2.20/lb hang weight
• Vacuum Seal**:  (All choice cuts are thoroughly wrapped in high-grade plastic wrap and then vacuum sealed)
  • Custom Cuts $2.40/lb. OR
  • All Ground $2.60/lb hang weight
• Additions to Grind: BEEF FAT, PORK, or BACON @ Market Value 

*Meat Processing Fees do not include Skinning Fees and Cooler Fees

** Minimum Meat Processing charge will be $200.00. (Ex. Anything under 100 lbs hang weight; does not include skinning fee and cooler fees.)

ICE:

• Blocked Ice IS available at Coles Meat Processing.  – $20.00/block 
• Dry Ice is NOT available at Coles Meat Processing.
